Build it. Break it.Build it better.

Software Engineer with a soft spot for the machinery behind the UI: APIs, authentication, architecture, data flows and automation. I build things I need, things I want to understand and occasionally things that should have taken five minutes.

Useful builds, not filler.

A small public archive: two earlier builds. Every source link opens without an account.

Engineer by trade. Tinkerer by default.

I'm Gilian, better known online as Voxxai. I graduated in Computer Science at Hogeschool Rotterdam and now build software professionally.

I like code that is readable, interfaces that get out of the way and systems that remain understandable six months later. My work sits between frontend, backend and the product choices connecting both.

Away from work, you'll usually find me gaming, keeping an eye on new hardware and AI, or turning my Raspberry Pi into one more thing it probably wasn't bought for.

What I reach for.

The stack changes with the problem. These are the tools and patterns I'm most comfortable shipping with today.

The rest of the operating system.

Code is only one tab. The others usually contain a Docker log, a game, a hardware rabbit hole or music at an unreasonable BPM.
